Breaking Open in the Bardo

This is an article I recommend. It was written several years ago by Pema Khandro Rinpoche and is one of my favorite essays. With the challenges we are all experiencing related to the pandemic, her words are especially relevant. She speaks of a bardo as,”these moments when gaps appear, interrupting the continuity that we otherwise project onto our lives. . . . bardo refers to that state in which we have lost our old reality and it is no longer available to us.”
