Everyone needs support for their daily meditation practice! With our busy schedules, it’s too easy to put off meditation in place of family commitments, daily tasks, plans with friends, and mindless entertainment. But how different would you feel if you meditated every day for a month?
The May 2017 CTS month will also have an emphasis on bringing mindfulness into daily activities. Weekly suggestions will be sent on how to do this.
