Everyone needs support for their daily meditation practice! With our busy schedules, it’s too easy to put off meditation in place of family commitments, daily tasks, plans with friends, and mindless entertainment. But how different would you feel if you meditated every day for a month?
You can choose the amount of time you’d like to dedicate to meditating. If you already meditate daily you can commit to longer meditations or meditating more than once a day.
