New and experienced students are welcome to attend.

G Schulz has been practicing insight meditation since 2003, inspired from his travels in Southeast Asia where he attended his first retreat. G has participated in many retreats since then including a monthlong at Spirit Rock, two retreats in Burma and several stays at a Thai forest monastery. G has completed a teacher training program led by Bob Stahl and the Noble Path Program led by Carla Brennan. He also has completed the Spirit Rock Dedicated Practitioner Program and the Spirit Rock Advanced Practitioner Program.
